Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a valid return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Products must remain in their original, untouched condition.
- Items must be completely unused, with all original tags, labels, and attachments included.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including protective materials and boxes.
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

- Unauthorized Returns: Any items returned without prior approval will not be processed or eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Fees
- Issues from Our Side: If your return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Inspecting Your Order
We advise checking your order immediately upon delivery. If you discover any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us right away at support@misoomae.com. We will review your situation and provide a fast and fair solution, including replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect quality, safety, and hygiene, some items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made pet products.
- Final sale items and digital gift cards.
- For health and safety reasons: opened or used pet hygiene, food, treats, and grooming products.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must still be unused and in their original packaging.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
- Approved Refunds: Once confirmed, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 10 business days for our team to finalize your refund. After approval, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
